We will be pleased to help you change colors, sizes, pictures or cancel/refund orders. You just need to fill in the following contact form as soon as possible, which contains your order number, email address and any changes you need. Only before the order is put into production can we accept the change/cancellation of the order. For customized products, once put into production, we may not cancel or change the order. This means that the design and shaping have begun. If you want to cancel or change the product, we will charge 60% of the customization fee for each product because the product is customized and cannot be sold to other customers. If you need to change the shipping address, we will change it for you before delivery. Please send us a message below, which includes the current shipping address and the address you want to change to. We can receive payment by credit card or PayPal. Please note that all our products are quoted in euros and your credit card will be charged in relevant currency.
Usually, it takes about 3 to 5 working days for us to produce and sent out the socks. Our socks will be delivered to mainland within 10 to 15 working days. International shipping time varies by destination. Please note that our production time may vary during the holidays.
We are very happy to accept overseas order! The production time of overseas orders will be the same, and the shipping cost will vary according to the destination of the order. According to the relevant regulations of your country/region, customs duties may be levied in addition to transportation costs. Note: All products on our website are priced in US dollars. After the transaction is completed, your card will be charged in the corresponding currency.
